A delicous cross between a Gin Fizz and a Tom Collins- the Silver Fizz is the best of both worlds!

INGREDIENTS
2 oz / 60 ml gin
3/4 oz / 22.5 ml lemon juice
3/4 oz / 22.5 ml simple syrup
1/2 oz / 15 ml egg white
1-2 oz / 30 - 60 ml soda water
