THE IMPROVED GRASSHOPPER

Not too long ago I tried @jeffmorgen’s version of the Grasshopper which was blended with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a teaspoon of Fernet Branca. I’ve used his version for inspiration for today’s Grasshopper recipe.

0.75 oz (22.5 ml) White Possum dark cacao
0.75 oz (22.5 ml) creme de menthe
0.5 oz (15 ml) mezcal
0.25 oz (7.5 ml) ​⁠Fernet Branca @BrancaArgentina
1.5 oz (45 ml) heavy cream
