This reissue version of the 1938 Disney short Merbabies was probably made in the early 1970s; it has the same style on the “Walt Disney Production” opening title as The Old Mill had in the 1973 compilation Milestones in Animation (you can see my upload of that here: youtube.com/watch?v=BqTkhGjxba4). The title card is the same as in the original RKO version. Scanned from a 16mm print on unmarked stock.
