After using the Hell Descent Serum Clone trick, I pump Alex's body full with 666 serums and then force him to the Drill Chair for a slow and agonizing death. More info below.

I stopped cloning at 666. There doesn't seem to be a limit to how many you can shove into Alex's body. Each serum just adds more and more life to his health bar, no end in sight. However the maximum you can carry in your inventory is 154 (the counter will continue to rise but if you quit the game and come back it will reset to 154). Also carrying around 154 serums can crash the game at certain points so it's sometimes is wiser to carry a few less.
At the beginning of this video I only have 154 serums, but I had already used the other 512 serums.
So this is how long it takes Alex to die in the chair with 666 serums.
