A small out of bounds spot. Nothing too useful, it seems, but quite uniquely it can be accessed by just walking precisely past a tight corner.
Find the house behind which is the first UFO poster. When facing the front door of the house, start walking to the left and move on the edge of the stone "porch" while trying to retain maximum height. Just follow the edge of the stony floor and carefully move past its outer corner, and that's pretty much it.
This OoB covers the yard between the two houses. When trying to move deeper to the north, there is some invisible wall on the way.
The invisible wall can be bypassed in a few ways: by doing dodges to stay on the stony "porch" instead of dropping down to go deeper, or just by sticking close to the stone porch on ground level. (One time I also managed to bypass the invisible wall from next to the other house, although I'm not sure how I did it, couldn't get it on video later.)
But no matter the case, there doesn't seem to be floor past the invisible wall limit, so at least at ground level there is no way to go deeper out of bounds from here. (Perhaps you could go slightly deeper by walking on the stony "porch" elements which have collision, but I'm not sure how easy or useful this could be.)
