Honestly, I don't remember much about what happened in April..... X'D
I know I edited a bit, played Pokemon Go, hung out some with my family, and finished my last month of college classes!
On the 11th, I started keto again. I did keto back like two years ago? It was January 2018 through to August when I started classes at my second college and lived on campus. The only things I could reliably have on campus were deli meat and salads if I went to the cafeteria, so nope lol
I finished my finals on the 23rd. I think I got B's on two and A's on the rest, but I ended up with A's and one A- for the semester! Thankfully my college decided to just postpone the graduation ceremonies, so I'll still get to celebrate in August assuming nothing changes!
Honestly Idk what else to say about April... I guess I'll throw some random family stuff out here too!
My oldest brother, Michael, had the coronavirus. He was able to get a test and did test positive, but he's like 30 so for him it was just a really bad cold. He completely lost his sense of taste and smell though, and to him that was the worst part. My other brother, Stephen, was working out (lifting weights or whatever) and could not catch his breath. It was really bad so he took a few days off and then tried again and yeah, not good. At one point it was like midnight and he couldn't breath and almost went to the hospital. He was FINALLY able to get a test done to check his heart, and the blood flow to the bottom of his heart is slow or something? It's just wrong. So, he's meeting with his doctor on Thursday about what to do next.
(UPDATE MAY 19TH: As I'm pressing publish on this, my sister-in-law, Megan, is driving him to the ER right now. He's dizzy and can't breathe well... and because of the coronavirus, no one can be there with him....)
(UPDATE #2: He was able to go back home like 2-3 hours later. They did a blood test and said he wasn't having a heart attack or stroke and wouldn't have one. They also said if he didn't have the results from his heart stress test, they would have just told him he was having a panic attack. his resting heart rate was 110 (yikes), so they just gave him so medicine to hopefully slow it down and sent him home...)
Then, my grandparents on my dad's side are cursed or something. My grandpa fell multiple times and then idk what exactly happened, but he's temporarily in a nursing home right now. My grandma then fell too, and she's at the hospital and also has two different masses that they're gonna need to figure out. My dad may be driving out to Washington DC area to stay with them for like a month. We're waiting to see how Stephen's tests go first, but yeah... My dad is also at risk for the coronavirus because his immune system sucks, so it's really not good that he might be driving across multiple states.
Finally, my grandpa on my mom's side was going to come back to Indy back in April, but he's been stuck in Arizona because of the coronavirus. He is also very done with quarantine and stuff though. He's basically like, "I'm 80. Who knows how long I've got left, but I'm not spending my time locked in my house." He's done. He'll be going to visit his son in Idaho soon, which to be fair there really aren't that many cases there so he should be fine.
So idk... Much of my family has been basically cursed as far as health lately. (Two of my grandpa's brothers also have problems rn, but I don't know much about the details. One of them has to have a heart bypass surgery.) My mom and I also worked on our basement. We're finally at the painting stage, and we'll be getting new carpet put in sometime in the next few weeks! Also Michael moved back home, though that technically happened in May so... XD
Honestly all of these months with quarantine have been really freaking weird and I need to find a job.... X'D
