The best shoulder warmups do more than loosen you up. They get the muscles that stabilize the joint working before you load it.
That's what makes this routine effective. Every movement has you pushing, pulling, or holding against resistance, whether that's the wall, the band, or the rack. Working against that resistance recruits the muscles that control your shoulder: your rotator cuff, which centers the joint in the socket, and the scapular stabilizers that give it a stable base when you lift. Great breakdown from @xtinecardenas
