Cool P-Switch jump level. Was a little hard to do blind but I enjoyed it. It was nice that there were a lot of p-switches, so I could keep playing the level differently each attempt or use an extra one if I messed up my movement. Had one death at the end cause I couldnt see the thwomp. Yeah, theres an arrow but it probably should have been a little higher. Still, not a bad level.

Even jankier than the second one from beginning to end, the dumbest part is the second tall bomb ladder in which you have to hit a bomb that falls from offscreen, which felt like luck. I then had like 3 deaths on the next bomb ladder, but the level felt good to clear at least.

Generation 1 of the Poké-Precision series is done! Unbelievable. I had so much fun with this series, I am very happy with the results and with how fast we finished it. First of all, huge thanks to Katz for helping me make this. Also many thanks to Fritzef who was the first person, other than me, to clear all of the levels in the series, he even gave us a lot of stars with more than just his main account. And speaking of stars, someone else gave us a ton of them on christmas, they literally gave us enough to reach the upload slots we needed, so Im sure it had to be a viewer, and to whoever it was, if youre reading this description, thank you, that was an awesome christmas gift, and because of you, we were able to finish the series just before 2019. I still cant believe how fast we did this, its a crazy accomplishment.
The levels in this final batch are not easy, period. I dont know how to even describe how difficult they are, specially the legendaries. It got to a point where I can say Id be very impressed if more than like 5 people were able to clear all 152 levels. (Not counting Katz and myself). We set the bar too high even all the way back in the first batch, Charizard and Blastoise were really difficult compared to the other 18 levels on it. And then Nidoking and Nidoqueen in the second batch were even harder than those. The levels continued to get more difficult and thats why the legendaries turned out to be insane.
Fritzef, Katz and I all agreed that Articuno was the hardest of the three legendary birds. But for some reason Dragonite took me longer than all the other levels, I was playing really bad yesterday, like it was probably my worst performance in Mario Maker in all of 2018, but thankfully after eating some pizza, it was all fixed. Sounds weird? I guess, and it may just be a placebo effect, but I really believe food powers me up sometimes... Im getting too offtopic now. :p
Anyway, sorry for MissingNo... I guess. I wanted to make it dumb, which is why I added a midair, midairs are dumb. I actually beat the level 4 times, and never had a nai, which was cool. Mews original version was actually harder than Mewtwos original version, and even if it doesnt seem like it, we nerfed these two levels a lot. But theyre still really hard. Mewtwo has a 0.10% clear rate at the time that Im writing this, which is a bit surprising for one of these levels. Fun fact, the last 4 levels, (Dragonite, Mewtwo, Mew and MissingNo.), were uploaded a day after the 12 that came before them, because we needed a small break from the hard levels.
Small details in these levels include really big letters and the lack of music in Snorlax, the use of annoying effects in MissingNo., speed strats in Omanyte, Kabuto, Aerodactyl, Dratini and Dragonair, (which I perform in this video), epic pixel arts, etc. This final batch may be short, but I believe its also the best one in the series. Possibly because I just like really hard levels a lot.
But yeah, this is the end of the series, and coincidentally it came out at the end of the year. It is pretty satisfying to be done with the series before the end of the year, yes, were ending both this series and the year with a bang. I even decided to add a small montage-ish at the end, showing all the levels with their level IDs. The music is the Super Smash Bros. Brawl remix of the main Pokémon theme.
Finally Id like to say thank you. Both the people who liked this series and the people who hated it, thank you. Seeing each side react to the levels, either with excitement or disgust; just motivated me even more to keep going with it. Even if people dont watch or care, we wanted to prove it was possible to make 150+ unique word precision levels, and I we succeeded. Cant wait to start making the levels for gen 2. Goodbye, 2018. Thats all I had to say.

Clear checking a half old, half new level today. Half old because the main world kind of remakes one of my most underlooked Mario Maker 1 levels, and half new because the subworld is completely new. This new version is much harder, but I think its also a lot cooler. The name of this new version of the level is Grand Blue, which is the name of one of my favorite comedy anime, well, at least season 1 is. After finishing the clear check I will continue advancing my super expert run.

This is my fourth level in SMM2. Its a music level with the first opening song of One Piece, but its also a short speedrun level.
If youve been watching for a while, you might already know this level, as it is a remake of my best SMM1 level. Although its not exactly the same, I tried to make it exactly the same, but it was impossible due to new physics. So I had to come up with different setups for literally every trick in the level, and the ending is different too. I believe this version of the level is a little bit easier and also a little more blind friendly, but it looks like the clear rate is 5 times lower than it was in SMM1, probably because theres a lot of new players who have never done a level like this. Hopefully this clear video helps people who want to try it. There used to be a muncher at the flag and a pow, but then I changed the setup to what it is now, so you can just jump on the red block at the end, I guess you can call that cheese, but I like my strat more. Funny that I uploaded this on the same week that we got a new opening for the One Piece anime.
Also... I played endless super expert and got a streak of 123, which made me #1 in the leaderboard for like 12 hours or so. Heres proof: https://imgur.com/a/YEM6iK5
I hated the experience though because to get a high ranking youre basically required to skip 90% of the levels until you get one shottable stuff, and even then you have to be really careful. I havent lost the run, but I dont plan to ever play that mode on super expert again. I avoided this level for a long time because the beginning is annoying and the clear video didnt help because the stream layout made it really hard to tell what was going on at the bottom of the screen. Eventually I figured out that youre supposed to go fast and slow down just before the spot where the last lava bubble goes offscreen. It took me a long time to realize that the lava bubble stays there for quite a while and thats why it kept killing me whenever I swam as quickly as possible. Hopefully other precision crew members will find this information helpful for clearing this. Though I doubt many of them are into item swimming, I do like item swimming though. As for the rest of the level, its pretty self explanatory. It should be easy to tell how tight some parts are if youre familiar with the games mechanics. And yes, I paused at the door to hold up, because the creator did it too, its not necessary though, just convenient.

A tough wall jumping level. Some jumps are tighter than they look, but the part that destroyed me the most was the one with all the piranhas shooting fire at you. Sometimes it felt completely impossible to avoid all the fire, but at least a practice door at the beginning lets you see that section ahead of time. The burner part right after is also tricky, but not too bad once you get used to it, also I love how it looks. Theres also checkpoints, that I was very happy to use, as you can clearly see in the video. I was dumb and had one death at the end, for some reason I decided not to ground pound, but it didnt take long to get back there, so it barely mattered.

5 levels on my obscure alt account. I said I would come back to SMM1 to upload 2 more levels, but then uploaded 4... Nice? Also didnt expect the video to be this long, but I guess it makes sense, all 5 levels are over a minute long.
I was going to call this my forgotten alt account but the term obscure is probably more fitting, because I rarely mentioned it even when I was actively playing SMM1. Honestly though, creating this alt account was the first step towards something greater, at first I made it just to upload dumb consistency levels and unoriginal ideas. But then I left the account alone for almost a year, and in that time the word precision craze started, and I, along with another group of people, made alt accounts just to upload dozens of word precision levels. Im pretty sure I wouldnt have been part of that group if I didnt already have another alt account, I would have uploaded word precision in my main account, and run out of upload slots. So there would have been way less word precision around. I remember telling someone who had 5 accounts that there was no reason to have those if they still had upload slots on their main account. But I understood them now.
ZzZzZzZ was to make garbage without infecting my main account with it. And 7Z was so I wouldnt fill my main account with easy word precision levels. I then went on to make two more alt accounts, to bring the poké-precision series to life. I ended up with over 180 word precision levels in SMM1, 3 of them are in this video. And all of this only happened because I started agreeing with the idea of separating certain levels from your main account if you want to keep the current standards on it. Thanks to this alt account... or thanks to me hating consistency levels. Was that too long of an explanation for why I didnt want to say I had forgotten about this alt account? Probably, I could have just said I didnt forget. Anyway, I guess I should talk about the actual levels in the video now.
Wikes Spaifu Double (0:00)
Rewatching my clear of this level I couldnt believe I did this in 2017, it made me wonder how hard this is compared to the stuff Ive made in the last 3 years, I like to think Ive improved a lot, but even now this would take hours. This already had its own clear video, but since Im showcasing 4 more double levels, it made sense to include it here too. For this double I actually buffed a lot of things from the original version, I didnt do that for the other 4. This was also recorded before I got my new capture card so its not 60fps, everything else in this video is though. So whats Wikes Spaifu? A joke Braden made by switching the letters of Spikes Waifu.

I made this in 2018, and it was actually a triple, and also a buffed version of the original, but just like with Mewtwo, I changed my mind and decided to focus on other things. This is probably the easiest level in the video though.
Mewtwo Double (3:56)
When I said I had 2 levels left to clear check in SMM1 and a secret third level that might get scrapped, this wasnt it. I made it in 2019 and it was going to be a double of the pre-nerf version of Mewtwo, but I brought back the nerfs and then I actually it existed. I probably blocked it from my mind after I made Blue Battle. I also forgot to add a way to reach the goal after the second Mewtwo, so I had to beat this twice, thats why the ending is shaped like an L.
ev_braks Donut Dash Double (5:51)
The original version took me 7 attempts, so at some point last season brak said he wondered how long it would take me if I tried it again, and I said Id be more interested in seeing how long a double version of it would take. I created it shortly after that but never tried it until just earlier this week. No, it didnt take 7 or 14 attempts.
MissingNo. Double (7:26)
I miss the disco sound effect tbh. I made this after clearing my other 3 double levels and realizing Mew Double was too hard. I found it funny that Fritzef did this one first. It took me longer than the other 3 new ones, mainly because I havent done midairs in forever, and I was doing the SMM2 shell jump timing, which is much earlier. Also I made sure to lower the audio for this part of the video and to show what the level looks like in editor in case people dont know why Im taking such a weird path.

Back with my favorite level series. Its crazy that we uploaded the first 100 levels in less than 2 months. With some very difficult ones here and there. The hardest level in this batch is Gengar, starts with a 2F p-jump and it has some tricky jumps like the one between the N and the G.
Speed strats for the levels in this batch are a little bit less obvious and sometimes harder to do. For example, in Doduo you can first cycle the winged cloud if you jump inside the first O to the other donut. A 2F jump at the beginning of Krabby. You can also skip going below the M in Muk which saves a lot of time over the coaster clip, it might also be possible to jump from the spring in its original position to grab the coin in the muncher and reach the K on the same jump if you have the perfect angle and speed, but I kinda doubt it. And if it is possible its probably way too hard. The strats I used at Haunter might not have been intentional. And theres a lot of other speed strats you can see in this video in Gastly, Cloyster, and many other levels.
Also, the pokémon levels #101-#120 were uploaded on October 25th. And for once were out of upload slots. Im confident well get to 1300 stars, (which unlocks 10 more slots), somewhat soon. A little help would be appreciated, but were not in a rush.

Intro pretty much explains it, but Ill say it again, I decided to go for 77777 in endless expert after reaching 10000. Originally I expected this to take much longer, but the year 2020 forced people to stay at home more, giving me a lot of extra play time. So here it is now, and if I didnt slow down so much, I actually could have made it happen last year, but Im glad I took so many breaks. Anyway, this is how the grind went...
10000: At first I played expert only to reach 100 and unlock the costume from it, but a few weeks later on a day I didnt know what to play I loaded up expert and after a while I reached 10K in October 2019. Just a little over 3 months after the game came out.
20000: Shortly after reaching 10K I joined the precision crew, and that turned into another massive grind fest, leading me to take a few breaks, one to play more precision crew levels, another because I wanted to wait for #2 to get the crown before I kept going; and the final break was to play Pokémon Sword and Shield that came out around that time. But eventually I came back and reached 20K in February 2020.
30000: A month after reaching 20K, the most boring filler arc of 2020 started, commonly referred to as the pandemic/quarantine/lockdown. This meant I couldnt stream for like 7 months, but on a more related note, like I mentioned earlier, it gave me a lot more time to play, so I reached 30K just before the end of March 2020.
40000: The pace I picked up on the road to 30K continued, so once again I was able to beat another 10000 levels in under 60 days, reaching 40K in late May 2020.
50000: Seeing that I was so close to achieving comedy, AKA 42069, I decided to get there quickly, but then took another break, the longest one I had taken so far. June 2020 was the month when I finally cleared every precision crew level (gotta point out however that nowadays theres a lot of precision crew levels I havent cleared because I just dont want to bother with some of them), and a few days after that the first part of the Sword and Shield DLC came out, so my break from expert ended up lasting over one month. Once that was all done though, I returned to expert again, and reached 50K in August 2020.
60000: I took less breaks around this time so I reached 60K in September 2020, in just under 40 days actually. Meaning that I was playing over 250 levels on average around time, which usually takes 8-10 hours in expert depending on your luck. Knowing this I realized that 77777 before the end of the year was possible.
70000: After acquiring all that information, most people would have used it as motivation to speed up, but I instead slowed down. September 2020 was the month when I got back into streaming, so I stopped playing expert offstream as much, partly to grind my latest level at the time but also because it felt weird that my viewers had only seen about 1K out of the 60K+ levels. In November 2020, the second part of the Sword and Shield DLC came out, slowing down the process even more. But after all that, plus another one month break, 70K was reached on January 2021.
77777: The final obstacle, surely this would be much faster, right? No. Usually when Im close to finishing a long grind, I get to a point where I dont want it to end anymore, and it wasnt any different this time. I didnt take any more one month breaks, but instead took a ton of breaks of one or two weeks. At least this allowed me to reach the goal on 07/07.
