After discussion about keeping speed during ice skating, I decided to revisit this. From what I can tell you won't lose boost state until you jump while skating, but the cause of loss from jumping is the weird part. If it was a boosted jump, you tend to lose it upon landing after skating for a bit again. Long jumps sometimes take it away or just simply don't give enough speed when you do try to boost (possibly just not up to max skate speed while skating for 1.5x speed boost to be at its most viable).
Anyway, I made this more RTA safe by showing the back ups you can do with a camera turn. You only have to trust in your ability to gauge the amount of speed your skate triple jump got and decide to back it up or send it.
