This drone footage was taken today, 7/20/24 just 125yards off the coast of Gin Beach in Southampton, New York. The shark species is either a spinner or blacktip; they are seen here hunting within a school of menhaden bait fish. This is a bit later than usual in the season to see the first of them, but I am very happy they have arrived! The menhaden bait fish schools are growing in number every day, now.
