From 1970, Oscar the Grouch (Caroll Spinney) needs something to complain about and calls Dial-A-Grouch and, in the closing credits, Gordon (Matt Robinson) reminds us to never call those numbers as they only work on grouch phones (clever!), "Speaking of phones, we gotta hang it up now. I grabbed this from my copy of Episode 0115, which is available on Amazon as part of their Sesame Street Classics streaming videos (much cleaner, I'm assuming). This one is listed as Episode 3 (Kermit Croons Being Green) in Season One. With mucho thanks to @Sesame 101.
