Ernie's (Jim Henson) plans to copy Bert's felt board template called "Cookies on a Plate in a Room with a Window" are led astray when Cookie Monster (Frank Oz) offers his unique critique. Originally from Ep 1439 (Season 11, 1980), I ripped this from Jeremy Maine aka @Sesame Maniac's copy of Ep 1447.
