A scenic drive from downtown Seattle, Washington, to downtown Portland, Oregon in the fall. This drive on I-5 offers a journey through the heart of the Pacific Northwest. Starting in Seattle, we leave the city's iconic skyline behind, passing through the vibrant city of Tacoma where the views are majestic. As we continue south, we drive by the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge and the lush, forested landscapes of Western Washington. Crossing into Oregon, the drive skirts along the Columbia River, with occasional glimpses of the river through breaks in the trees and bridges that offer panoramic views of this natural border. The journey ends in Portland, where the urban landscape welcomes us with its unique blend of greenery and city life, providing a fitting conclusion to this scenic interstate trip.

Our drive from Denver, Colorado, to Salt Lake City begins on I-70 westbound, winding through the majestic Rocky Mountains under a sky that briefly opened with a light rain, casting a misty veil over the rugged peaks and lush valleys. As we ascend through Vail Pass and Glenwood Canyon, the rain clears, revealing vibrant alpine meadows and towering evergreens, and we got close to an active wildfire that sent a faint haze across the horizon. Crossing into Utah the next day, the landscape transformed into a dramatic desert expanse, with red rock formations, the outstanding San Rafael Swell, and vast plateaus stretching endlessly under a blazing sun and a few clouds. Turning north on I-15, we marveled at the stark beauty of the Wasatch Front, its craggy peaks guiding us into Salt Lake City, where the city’s skyline welcomes us after an unforgettable journey. $The Ghost Town Zion Visitors Have No Idea About | Scenic Drive & Drone In this video we drive to an abandoned ghost town in the Utah desert on Smithsonian Butte National Backcountry Byway, a 9 mile unpaved dirt road. Beginning in Apple Valley, Utah, we head north and take in the incredible geology of the area with aerial drone views of the area. As the Byway ends, we head over to Grafton, Utah, a ghost town from the 1800s where we explore the buildings and the cemetery. $Why This Drive From the Grand Canyon to Vegas is Pure Desert Magic In this video we make the complete scenic road trip drive from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon to the Hoover Dam and the Las Vegas Strip. This trip takes us through some of the most iconic landscapes in the American West. We start our adventure at the Grand Canyon’s South Rim before heading south on Arizona Route 64. We’ll see the desert glow as we transition to I-40 and closely follow the historic Route 66 path to Kingman, Arizona at golden hour, just as the sun sets. The drive continues another day as we head north on U.S. Route 93 for a mandatory stop at the Hoover Dam. We’ll take a moment to marvel at this incredible feat of engineering and the massive scale of Lake Mead and the wild Colorado River.
