What droids to the Pykes use to attack Mos Espa in The Book of Boba Fett? They were called Scorpenek droids, and they were first designed for the Attack of the Clones as concept art that didn’t make it into the movie. They were included in the Legends reference book The New Essential Guide to Droids, and were meant to be a much larger, more powerful version of the droidekas seen in the prequel trilogy of films.
