Scorpion at Busch Gardens Tampa opened on May 16, 1980 and closed on September 8th, 2024. It served Busch Gardens and thrilled riders for 44 years. Built by Schwarzkopf under the Silverarrow model, it is unique in being the only the only permanently installed coaster of it's model.
