With the passing of John Saxon last week, I thought it fitting to post a tribute to him and Sandra Dee. They made three films together, "The Restless Years" (1958), "The Reluctant Debutante" (1958), and "Portrait In Black" (1960). In 1991, the starred in the play, "Love Letters". He was a supportive friend to her and felt a kinship with her from the moment they met. After Sandra's passing in 2005, he appeared on Larry King Live to pay tribute to her. As sad as it is that these two talented people are no longer with us, it's comforting knowing that they are together again. They had a special chemistry that is undeniable. The song is performed by Andy Williams (recorded in 1956) and the clips are from their films together as well as when the reunited on the talk show, Sally Jesse Raphael in 1991. Enjoy!
