Day 36 (Part 1)
The first trial was defeating another rocktite. I hate those giant bugs! It was even a little smart since it found out that looking at me was the reason why it was getting hurt. We barely got out of there alive.
The second trial was a little confusing. I kept ending up in the same area every time I entered a cave. When we made another circle, I decided to try something else. I went backwards. It worked! There weren't any more cave entrances once we got out of there.
I thought the inside of the temple itself would be the final trial, but it wasn't. The temple was covered top to bottom in CANNONS! They were all firing at me. I've never fought anything with this many cannons before! I did my best and got them all, but the train is barely functioning.
When we pulled into the Sand Temple, the train slowly began to repair itself. Since it's a magic train, it can do that if it's damaged. Zelda and I got used to these dungeons. I hope this is the last one we have to do.
Anjean was right. This place is full of all kinds of traps. It's also full of the bones of explorers who came before. Eventually we reached a room where a wand rested on a pedestal. It seemed important. I took it and the temple rumbled. Nothing fell on us. It looks like the trap that activated was outside this room.
Zelda thinks I should put it back, but I don't think I should. This wand seems important. The door to the staircase was blocked off. I started waving the wand around and the sand moved with it. I decided to use this to my advantage and got to the stairs. Zelda told me that there were a lot of areas at the entrance that were covered in sand. This will definitely lead us to the Bow of Light.
