Day 4
On my way to the castle I found a strange structure. It was surrounded by statues and one of them had a keyhole. The inscription said "Key Cavern." This had to be the next dungeon but...where was the key?
I came across a small villa nearby. There was only one man inside. He was dressed like a noble. There were also a lot of frogs inside. I asked the man his name and it was Richard. I was confused since Richard lived in Kanalet Castle. I asked him about that and Richard explained that he used to live in Kanalet Castle, but he got thrown out by monsters.
I asked him if he knew anything about the Key Cavern and he said that he actually had the key to open the cavern. However, he would only give it to me if I picked up five golden leaves from his castle. He led me to a secret passage around the side of the castle and wished me luck.
The passage was short and led me behind the castle gate. I opened it up so that Richard could return home when I finished. There were two gold leaves outside the castle. I grabbed them from monsters.
The other three gold leaves were inside the castle. One of them was actually stuck on a wall. I don't see what's so special about these leaves. I don't sense any magic within them. Maybe they mean something significant to Richard.
