Long Green Onion (28cm/11”)
½ Bell Pepper, cut into bite size pieces
Vegetable Oil

- Marinade -
1 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Vinegar
½ tbsp Yuzu Juice or any type of sour citrus juice
Dashi Kombu Seaweed (5x5cm/2x2”)
Dried Red Chili Pepper, sliced into rings
¼ tsp Soy Sauce
