How to Make Meat-Wrapped Egg Bento

[Meat-Wrapped Eggs]
3 Pork Loin Slices
3 Boiled Eggs
Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour
Vegetable Oil

[Teriyaki Sauce]
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Sake
1/2 tsp Sugar or raw sugar

[Salad and Fruit]
20g Green Leaf Lettuce and Red Leaf Lettuce Leaves (0.7 oz)
5g Carrot, shredded (0.2 oz)
10g Cucumber, shredded (0.4 oz)
10g New Onion (0.4 oz)
Walnuts
Dressing
1/2 Tankan Citrus, substitute: ponkan or unshu mikan

[Blanched Greens]
2 stalks Nanohana greens, substitute: komatsuna, spinach or broccoli
