The fight can be very random where it goes but you want to make sure that everyone has robes although you don't want the Elemental Reliefs to ever cast a spell as they deal at least 300-400 damage. You want to also try to stun and distract the bosses, paying special attention to Elemental Salvos that can hasten the cast times. For my strategy, I try to stun them with Double Wildfire which also does a lot of damage due to having Maestro of Flames on. The other 3 party members are support and are there to make sure the Reliefs don't cast a spell.
