This is one of the hardest fights to do as its a damage race. Dance of Urns is used on turn 2 and it basically wipes you out as even Barrier and Maestro of Flames doesn't reduce its damage. You want to set it up so that your shelter units will suicide and give your 2 remaining characters an Unite Attack to finish the fight next turn.
