I just love rustic furniture, and I had a lot of fun making this log table as a present for my daughter. There is something about big rustic log furniture that really appeals to me, and I am very happy with how this project finished up Woodworking with a chainsaw is a lot of fun; one day, a log cabin may be on the menu.

The table was made using River Red Gum Trees (Eucalyptus camaldulensis). In Outback NSW. Australia.
Dimensions = Length = 2280mm (90 inches), Width = 1200mm (47 inches), Height = 770mm (30 inches).

I am using a 1/2" Shank 2-1/4" Diameter Bottom Cleaning Router Bit to flatten this lumber.

I can't stress enough, chainsaws are dangerous; you should get proper training and use all the personal safety protection equipment. I am definitely not a good safety role model. Be safe, people.
