The Knob on my stainless steel billy can, over time has become burnt and it was time for a new one, I decided to use stainless steel so the campfire will not damage this one and I also wanted to be able to remove the lid with a hook, this was a cheap simple DIY project and I believe the new camping billy lid is a lot better to use, and it now lives with the rest of my camping gear. Hope you enjoy the video.

Always use all the correct safety gear, and use your tools safely. I am not a good role model for this.
