So without ever really doing the math, I knew that it would be cheaper to purchase the Helmsman Spar Urethane by the gallon but I just figured it would be a few dollars cheaper. I know this seems very elementary but I really never took the time to look into the savings because I never needed a whole gallon and I’m usually in a hurry when I go out for shop materials. After actually breaking out the calculator and taking a few minutes to do some math while there on the paint isle, I was surprised at the difference and just how much I could save by buying a gallon. Thank you Robert Folk for sharing this eye opening tip with me.
I mistakenly said that the gallon was $40.92 on the video, it’s actually $40.98.
