While trying to find a way to haul and store our generator without having to take up room in the bed of my truck, I decided to go with the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray. With the Trailer Tray I’m able to carry the generator or our Orca cooler on the travel trailer. As I was installing the Trailer Tray, I realized that with a short trailer tongue combined with the front of the trailer coming out over the tongue, I was left with very limited space. The answer to his problem was to leave the tray forward, so that the generator wouldn’t be too close to the front of the trailer, yet I moved the brackets back so that they wouldn’t interfere with the sway bars. I really thought that I was about to have to disassemble the Trailer Tray and return it but fortunately, my plan worked and it has been a fantastic addition to the Flagstaff travel trailer. I highly recommend the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray.
