Is a 65lt rucksack big enough for a week's hiking and camping?

Should I be looking for an 80lt pack?
Can I get away with 50lt?!

These are the questions I attempt to answer, using a 65lt Mountain Warehouse rucksack and recycling plastic bags to store (probably too many) items of clothing.

This is all in an effort towards walking the Ridgeway in the summer, which I hope will be my first National Trail and long-distance path of many to follow. I hope this video is of interest to others, looking to answer similar questions.
