Test of "Simple" object avoidance included in ArduPilot Rover-3.3. The vehicle is an AION Robotics R1 rover with a Cube (aka Pixhawk2) and Lightware SF10/B 50m lidar. Vehicle hits the object near the end of the video because the driver turns the vehicle into the object so it does not have time to slow before hitting it. A sonar might avoid this problem or we can add "memory" to object avoidance.
