This Randomland adventure follows a living stretch of Route 66 through northern Arizona - starting at Grand Canyon Caverns, where there’s plenty to explore without ever going down into the cave. From the roadside relics and Dinosaurs and vintage cars out front, we begin a journey that leads straight into one of the most legendary towns on the Mother Road.
Seligman, Arizona - the real-life inspiration for Radiator Springs - is still alive, still weird, and still changing. Old Route 66 icons, new additions, and the ongoing story of a town that refused to die all come together here. From there, we follow the old highway through Williams and past Winona, chasing the fading line of 66 toward one of the most haunting roadside landmarks left behind.
At Twin Arrows Trading Post, time stands still beneath the lone towering arrow before the road carries us into Winslow, Arizona by night. Standing on the corner takes on a different feeling after dark, with a look at how this classic Route 66 town is evolving - including one of its newer hotels and what the future might hold along this historic route.
This is Route 66 in motion - past, present, and whatever comes next.
