On this Rum Revival Review, I taste Rolling Fork Spirits El Salvador 11 Year Rum. This starts as a 10 year old molasses based column still rum from the Cihuatan Distillery in El Salvador. After sourcing it, the team at Rolling Fork split it in port wine, oloroso sherry, rye whiskey and Kentucky bourbon barrels and let it aged for almost two years. This is bottled at 55% abv.
