From a CBC Vancouver early ‘80s TV series, Rocky Rurnette sang his international Top 10 and only hit, "Tired of Toein’ the Line." The Burnette family had several hitmakers: Rocky was the son of Johnny Burnette (“Dreamin,” “You’re Sixteen”) and Johnny was the younger brother of Dorsey Burnette (“It’s Late, “Hey Little One,”“Tall Oak Tree.”). Dorsey is the father of Billy Burnette who was with the band Fleetwood Mac from 1987 to ’95.
