Robic is the first certified AI-based social robot in Europe, designed to support people living with autism, dementia, and cognitive impairments. It was developed in Spain and first introduced in Colegio Gaudem as part of EDIH Madrid Region’s ‘test before invest’ service. Through a collaboration with EDIH Northeast Bohemia, Robic was introduced in a care home in Jablonec nad Nisou in the Czech Republic. Thanks to Robic's structured exercises in communication, motor, and cognitive skills, the caregivers have more time to be truly present with the people they care for.
