I start the minigame turning the camera to keep certain crates on screen. I then do a long jump into nunchuk spin while also doing a wiimote spin for 2p to destroy the top box. You can leech the wiimote spin for a set of crates instead, but I have trouble when mixing different fireball spins and often make 2p spin when doing so (which since I hold a to buffer 2p lock-on, the spin won't cancel so 2p won't lock on). If it makes more sense the other way for you, then do it that way.
After the long jump, I shoot the top left and right lines and then use the busted crate below as a visual cue to shoot the bottom left and right lines.
I then shoot a fireball left and use 2p to break the lone left crate and then walk right until 2p is ready for the right crate.
I don't do any fireball crouch cancels because you can't with nunchuk spins. A 16 would be possible if you can juggle everything while mixing in a couple crouch canceled fireballs.
