On the night of July 13, 1966, terror descended upon a nurse's dormitory in Chicago, as a man with the words "Born To Raise Hell" tattooed on his arm broke in to the dormitory armed with a knife. Richard Speck brutally murdered eight women living in the dormitory, but one nurse, Corazon Amurao, eluded him. She would help seal his fate when his day of reckoning in court came.
Please note that this program was made in 1993. In 1996, videotapes featuring Speck were shown before the Illinois State Legislature to highlight some of the illegal activity (drugs, sex) that took place in prisons.
