I believe this is a Century Wheel from Chance Ride's American Wheels division. It's called the Revolver and sits in the original section of the Fun Spot America park on the north end of International Drive in Orlando, FL. The two places I zoomed in on are Universal Orlando Resort and the Magical Midway. You can actually see the fireworks from Universal's Cinematic Spectacular at Universal Studios Florida during the ride.
