In 1 Thessalonians 4, the so-called rapture isn’t some random event, it’s connected to the resurrection. The resurrection is the key moment. Yahushua Messiah was the first fruits; He’s been in the heavens for 2,000 years. When He returns, His cry will wake the dead, and every eye will see the resurrection.
Messiah won’t come as a thief in the night for those who are watching. The catching away happens in a clear order, first the dead are raised, then those still alive in Messiah are caught up with Him.
