THIS IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE!!! The Abigail flower no longer despawns into a regular flower. That means this making an Evil Flower sanity station via Abigail flowers is no longer possible, making this video now obsolete. Sorry to anyone who wanted to do this method.

The process is kind a word of mouth type of deal in my experience, and the current video that I could find on it that's actually explains the process (by Kynoxx) doesn't really go into much depth as I would have liked.
(They also say that you need to be near the Abigail Flowers for when to turn into Regular Flowers if you don't want them to be petals. That's not true though from my testing).
The essence of the process kinda goes like this:
1. Be Wendy.
2. Make a bunch of Abigail Flowers (collect the mats before hand).
3. Place them 0.75 wall units apart from each other on the correct turfs for best results.
4. Relog or go in and out of a cave to break the links between Wendy and the Flower.
5. Wait 3 in-game days for those flowers to turn into Regular Flowers (have a star down to prevent withering if it's in a dark spot in the caves).
6. Become a ghost and haunt the flowers to turn them into Evil Flowers.
7. Revive and you're done. Just stand in the center with a Bee Queen Crown to gain Sanity at a rather decent & passive rate.
Also, Evil Flowers do not wither in the caves, so the faster you turn your Regular Flowers into Evil Flowers in dark patches, the better. The Dwarf Star and Polar Star are there to buy you some extra time.
