How do you remove hiss in your audio that comes from recording in places that are less than perfect audio and video productions? Try this noise removal plugin from Accusonus podhelp.me/AccusonusNoiseRemover. For the last year, this has been my favorite way of polishing audio to sound like it was recorded in a noiseless studio.
Because the places that most content creators (podcasters, YouTubers, etc.) record audio can have background noise from outside, HVAC, computer or hard drive fans, etc., the final production will usually benefit from some amount of noise removal.
The one problem is that noise removal plugins often turn your audio into something worse than where it started. However, over the last year, I've used the Accusonus Noise Removal plugin to clean up my audio productions with the most transparent results I've heard to date. It can clean up a considerable amount of background noise floor (hiss) without making your voice sound like it's underwater or robotic.
Accusonus gave me a license to use their plugins about a year ago and I waited all that time to talk about them in a video so that I could use them in my productions. I've been very happy with the results which seem to be even better than my previous favorite from iZotope which is still also really good.
One advantage of the iZoptope RX pack is you get standalone software for processing your audio so that you don't need a DAW. The Accusonus plugin will require you to have a DAW that allows you to use VST plugins but even free DAWs allow for this so it's not that much of a barrier and if you are post producing your audio you are likely using something that will allow you to use this plugin.
