It's a River Flex day with the Higher Level Family! I'm with Rohan, Ellis, Simba, Bella & Uncle Chaddy in the foothills of the Blue Mountains while they cook up some natural Ital Seafood as they do with their family & friends. We pick some fresh breadfruit from Chaddy's farm, then a quick trip to a spot called Ramble (Big up Rasta Kip). It's a beautiful clear and clean river in the mountains of St Thomas, perfect for swimming and finding janga. Rohan makes some amazing steamed red snapper with all natural seasonings, so be sure to check him at the family airbnb Higher Level!
