I'm in the beautiful Boston Beach, Portland with the one and only Aya from Aya Naturals Ital restaurant! Although this place is famous for it's jerk centre, you can also find some amazing Ital/Vegan/Vegetarian food and some super unique clothing at Aya's place.
I've found the "Tinkin' Toe" aka Stinking toe/Jatoba/West Indian Locust pods before while hiking but this is the first time I got to taste it in a recipe. INCREDIBLE flavour and super healthy, hope you can try some when you come by Aya's place. Just get some Stinking Toe powder, sea moss gel, raw peanuts, oats, african nutmeg, banana, cinnamon, vanilla, soy milk give it a mix and BOOM, epic tasty smoothie like you've never tasted!
