This Irving Berlin melody was written in 1919 and was used as a theme song for the Ziegfeld Follies. The verse has long been forgotten but the chorus has become a standard both as a vocal and as a jazz arrangement. The song was used again in 1936 film "The Great Ziegfeld" in a spectacular musical number which can been seen in this clip: youtube.com/watch?v=-RvGd2S3I8M
