Isabella Patricola (1886 - 1965) was a talented violinist and contralto who performed in vaudeville starting about 1910. Usually billed as "Miss Patricola" she was known for her ragtime and novelty songs, and as a recording artist for Victor Records. Critics and audiences liked her performances, and Patricola reached the heights of vaudeville, headlining at the famous Palace Theater in New York for four separate engagements. In the 1920s she was often billed as a "scintillating melodist" performing character songs and violin numbers. She was the older sister of stage comedian and dancer Tom Patricola.
