Playthrough of Real Robot Battle Line Roche Route for the PS1 part 24. In this part i will be taking on the Falling Sky map after making sure everyone is setup correctly. Before starting the map, i do a few Energy upgrades in the L-GAIM MK II then check the parts equipped as in this map, if you wanna stay into the Roche Route you WILL have to rely on Buster Launcher. Now in this map the enemies are Generic pilots on Gaza-Cs and nothing more but you will notice a lot of “Buildings” around. These are also targetable just like the Duplicator previously in the “False Master” map with no offensive capabilities and very low stats. Like i mentioned in the previous video, Char will be forced to be deployed with the Hyaku-Shiki but unlike the previous map, its easy to put Char in a safe place here as otherwise the Gaza-Cs will obliterate him free as they are heavily upgraded which is in major part why this map is somewhat difficult. The gimmick of this map is that you are technically on a time/turn limit if you want to stay into the Roche Route: Basically all these buildings must be destroyed before Turn 8 arrives for you to stay into the Roche Route as what this map does is basically takes a Plot Point from Gundam ZZ where Haman drops a Space Colony into Dublin with the added help of Gato ingame. If you try to take out all 16 Buildings 1 by 1, there is a very good chance you are not gonna make it in time especially the ones furthest to the left. The best strategy to deal with the Gaza-Cs and the Buildings is to make sure both Daba and Amu into the Ashura Temple focuses on taking them out with Buster Launchers while the rest of the party deals with the Gaza-Cs. The L-GAIM MK II doesn’t need as much EN as he can use a weaker Buster Launcher while transformed into the Prowler for 70EN but the Ashura Temple will need over 300EN you wanna use it back to back which is easily doable with parts and EN Upgrades. Its also a no brainer that the Buildings should be destroyed while Good Luck is active which is why i have been using Amu as like Riml, she is one of those characters that starts out kind Meh, but at higher levels her stats will jump drastically especially on compatibility. Now if take out every single Building and all the enemies before turn 8, its where theres a possibility for more more to be earned in this map: If you do the above, enemy reinforcements will come in with more Gaza-Cs and Gato on the Physalis. If you maage to take all of them out still before turn 8, more Gaza-Cs alongside Haman in her Qubeley will spawn and in this video i didn’t her to spawn because i wasn’t fast enough. She is holding an item but its only a Generic Repair Box which isn’t anything to celebrate at this point in the game really. If you successfully perform well to stay into the Roche Route or even manages to destroyed Haman and Gaza-Cs, Gato will spawn a 2nd time so if you stay in the Roche Route you basically have to defeat him and his Physalis Gundam twice. Its more trouble than worth it to play risky and fast in this map to get Haman to spawn because of the difficulty of the map as since this is a Space Map, the Walker Machines are nerfed abit and couple that with a time limit and you get a really tricky map. Now even assuming the absolute worst case scenario of you not getting either the Ashura Temple nor the Bat-Shu, you still have the OG L-GAIM and the Novel Dsserd for Buster Launcher purposes but the important thing is that Amu pilots one of those as she is the only other character from Heavy Metal L-GAIM with access to Good Luck. Once this map is over, i check the parts that I got and have equipped then save the game. As always i will be detailing everything in the comments.
