I wanted to do a better comparison between the two TX antennas I've been using combined with the omnis on the goggles. At one point I had some impression the FlyFishRC antenna was the best. This test showed me that the TrueRC's still did better, at least with this particular layout. I got frustrated with the steering again on the car with the TrueRC's so I didn't do a full range test out here like I wanted. I'm going to swap that rig over to an ARRMA Typhon for further testing. If that one turns out good I'll put the huge tires back on the Big Rock and see if it does better off road.
So far when combined with TrueRC stubby's on the goggles the TrueRC TX antennas (RHCP+LHCP) work better than then FlyFishRC, which makes sense.. However it's possible the FlyFishRC is better tuned to the patches for longer range directional driving.
