The Land of the Livid Dead is similar to the Run for Your Life and Sprint for Your Life levels from Fiesta de los Muertos, so you might consider using those as practice for this challenge.
0:06 - The momentum boost from this downward slam seems key to getting gold or better. I could not get anything better than silver without it.
0:08 - This attack at the very end carries you past the last part of the gap. Without it, you'd hang off the edge and waste time.
