Guest Nancy Mahoney used directionally printed fabrics in her variation of Album Star by Sherril Harris. She didn't use the square in the center and instead created square in a square blocks. Because of the directional prints, Nancy used a specific technique to keep the prints going the same direction. She also gained bonus half-square triangle units from each of her blocks, and at the end of the episode, Nancy shows what she made with all those bonus units.
