Tri tip steak

Season with your fave seasoning well on all sides.

Place in hot pan and cook. Flip and cook other side. When cooked to your liking set aside.

Add butter to pan and caramelize onions. If you have mushrooms you can cook that up too. Cook until browned. Done!

Slice meat and serve with cooked onions.
