Fresh marlin!!

3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
3/4 cup Best foods mayo
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic salt
Pepper

Dipping sauce
Sour cream
Fix Hot Sauce
Mix equal parts or more fix if you want the kick

Mix ingredients in a bowl and coat the marlin steaks. Heat pan to medium heat and brown each side for 4-5 mins or until nice and browned.

I heated up some fresh green onion in the remaining oils in the pan and put on top the cooked fish.
