Some fun non-Euclidean stuff going on there, and then a short but sweet Control-inspired (maybe?) map.

![I Am Your Beast [2] Babe
One day Ill actually make true on my threats to stop playing games because they do something to annoy me. I Am Your Beast [2] Babe](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/U4SO4b-thK8/mqdefault.jpg)
![Doom: The Dark Ages [13] Flying Around at the Speed of Sound
I feel like at least it was short is becoming my mantra with this game. Doom: The Dark Ages [13] Flying Around at the Speed of Sound](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/UCu2FBgCG2w/mqdefault.jpg)
![Dino Crisis 2 [6] Pocket Tank
This tank is like half the size of Dylan. Glad we got to learn his tragic backstory. Dino Crisis 2 [6] Pocket Tank](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/UPMWEXAzVvI/mqdefault.jpg)
![Delta Particles [6] Xenbound
I dont think I knew that you could kill the stabby foliage before. The alien grunt/vortigaunt/controller enemy combo it keeps throwing at me is getting kind of old. I was hoping Xen would change it up, but it seems not. Also I dont have my long jump! Delta Particles [6] Xenbound](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/UjfqV82yHm4/mqdefault.jpg)
![For Evelyn [2] Taking Vision for Granted
That seems like it was maybe a bit hasty, Yohanna. For Evelyn [2] Taking Vision for Granted](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/VemfS0BWTYg/mqdefault.jpg)
![DISCOPUP [3F] Pupped Up
Visually interesting, with some fun puzzles and dialogue, but Im not sure I got it. DISCOPUP [3F] Pupped Up](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/VmKhAlkJdx0/mqdefault.jpg)
![Baby Steps [7F] Stepping Up
What an excellent game. The movement was unique and satisfying—giving a good amount of expression without making it tedious to control. The cutscenes were often funny, and the plot got heavier—in a good way—than I expected. Baby Steps [7F] Stepping Up](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/VrIG9va6LVA/mqdefault.jpg)
![DISCOPUP [2] Seal Eat Dog World
Im afraid I wasnt making many friends with that mask. DISCOPUP [2] Seal Eat Dog World](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/WANWrEP2jJI/mqdefault.jpg)

And thats the resurfaced ones done. Quake Brutalist Jam III [30] Endless Onslaught](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/WGHP5o0aug8/mqdefault.jpg)
![Baby Steps [4] Get Knocked Down
I wish I hadnt given up on box hell, but I think I would have had to circle back around, and Im not about that. Very tempting to jump off after that Mike cutscene though. Maybe if I hadnt plummeted down that route like 4 times before. Baby Steps [4] Get Knocked Down](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/WHzzvS33eaE/mqdefault.jpg)
![Quake Brutalist Jam III [12] Taken to School
Whenever I play a Quake or Doom map, theres always the question of how much do I cheese this. When I jumped back out of range in the first map, or plinking away at enemies in the second. Its a balance of my read of the authors intent vs. trying to get one over on the map author. Ill sometimes do a less optimal play of the game if I know its what the designer wants. Unless its a vore in which case Ill snipe it from a distance.
Theres something kind of refreshing about the second map in this. Thats not to say that maps of the first type of bad, theyre, by any real metric, great, and I do enjoy it, but theres also something nice about hey I think its cool to blow up enemies so heres four shamblers in a fight where you just cant lose too.
