So we'll see how long this lasts but figured I'd try a weekly Q&A since, in theory they will be a bit shorter since I won't be grinding through the details of research. Don't get me wrong, I'll still provide the references at the end. But I'll spare everyone the details.

This one addresses the idea of consuming some type of slow acting protein at bed to maintain nutrient levels during the nighttime to support muscle growth from training. It's also related to a longer piece I hope to have done later in the week.

Oh yeah, I'm too lazy to format this for both Youttube and Instagram so you get the talking head. All you kids watch this stuff on your phones anyhow.
